Member of the Executive Board at INFARMED (National Authority of Medicines and Health Products)<\/h4>\n\t

Prof. Helder Mota Filipe has a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a PhD in Pharmacology from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon and is Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Therapeutics (Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon).<\/p>\n

Vice-President (2005-2015) and President of Infarmed, IP. (2015-2016) and Member of the Executive Board of INFARMED (since 2016).<\/p>\nMember of the Management Board of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) (2012-2015). Member of the Health Technology Assessment Network (HTA- European Commission). Member of the Pharmaceutical Committee (European Commission). Specialist in Regulatory Affairs by the Pharmacists Association.
\nExpert of the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Member of the Portuguese Committee for the Evaluation of Medicines (INFARMED, I.P.) (1996-2013).\n

Member of the Ethics Committee for Clinical Investigation (2005).Member of the Committee on Medicines for Human Use (CHMP, EMA) (2011-2012). Head of the Department Social Pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon. (2015-2017). Supervisor of seven PhD thesis and over a dozen of Master’s thesis in the area of pharmacology, experimental medicine and regulatory science. Author of more than a hundred articles in international scientific publications with scientific referral in the areas of pharmacology, experimental medicine, medicines usage and regulatory science and of more the 300 oral and poster presentations in scientific meetings in the area of pharmacology, experimental medicine and regulatory science.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"Helder_Mota_Filipe_Infarmed_BioTech_Pharma_Summit_Profile_2\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n
